DP Doors & Millwork was established in 2004 by Dave Peterson.

Dave has spent the entirety of his professional career constructing homes. Shortly after relocating to Bozeman from Seattle, Dave realized that the market lacked a full-service door and trim pre-finisher capable of servicing the booming home building market. Out of this opportunity, DP Doors & Millwork was born. The Company moved from a small-rented warehouse space in 2005 to its nearly 20,000 square foot production shop in Belgrade. Out of these humble beginnings DP Doors has grown to become the Gallatin Valley’s go-to provider of pre-finished doors and trim, with its products going into more than 500 residential housing units each year.
